These terms govern your use of thepadelsquad.uk (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by The Padel Squad Ltd (“TPS”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Introduction
The Site provides information about The Padel Squad Ltd’s research, mission and activities relating to bringing padel to schools and universities in the United Kingdom. It is intended for an adult audience — investors, school leadership, coaches, parents and the wider padel community. By accessing the Site you confirm that you are 18 or over.
In these terms, “User” means any person who accesses the Site, whether or not they have any commercial relationship with us.
2. Intellectual property and acceptable use
All content on the Site — including text, research findings, data visualisations, logos, branding, photographs, illustrations and the underlying code — is owned by The Padel Squad Ltd or used under licence, and is protected by copyright, database rights and trade mark law.
You may view, download and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, adapt, republish, distribute, transmit, display or commercially exploit any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
3. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use the Site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful or harmful purpose;
- damage, disable, overburden, impair or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is hosted, or any connected network;
- introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other material that is malicious or technologically harmful;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the Site without our prior written permission;
- copy, modify or create derivative works of any content on the Site beyond the personal use permitted in section 2.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including research sources, partners and social media profiles. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control those websites, we do not endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security or privacy practices. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

6. Availability of the Site and disclaimers

These terms are personal to you. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under them to anyone else.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the date of your visit, marked with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These terms do not create any third-party rights enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
